Schools & Colleges Workshops

We offer intensive courses & workshops in both Schools & Colleges covering Bullyproof, Street Survival Combat, Tai Chi Meditation & Functional Fitness Training. Though we focus on Self Defence but our emphasis goes far beyond just learning physical moves and martial arts techniques, we use martial arts as a mechanism to develop positive character and life-improvement skills in our students.

Focus is on the personal-development aspects of martial arts, such as increasing self confidence, improving focus and concentration, developing self discipline, and optimizing physical fitness.

Martial Arts for Kids

Kids Bully-Proof Course (Age Group Upto 14)

This course is specially designed for kids under the age of 14. It teaches them to prevent bullying by using verbal clues and avoiding conflicts by learning Stranger awareness. They also learn easy & highly effective self defense tactics to survive against a bigger and stronger attacker.

Overall awareness levels and ability to sense a threat is developed through our training. We also teach fun & easy to perform fitness exercises along with simple meditation techniques which develops Focus & Concentration along with endurance & promotes better physical & mental health.

Street Survival Combat Course (Age Group 15 and Above)

This course is suitable for college students & school kids in senior classes. It focuses on street safety & combat, Techniques are more aggressive to defend against multiple attackers and covers the use of improvised weapons as well. Ground fighting is also taught to defend against a rape scenario. Techniques and Training methods are derived from various combat systems followed by Military & Law Enforcement agencies.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong Meditation and Action Strength Training is part of this course which improves practitioners balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscular flexibility, immune system response, sleep habits, happiness, sense of self-worth, and ability to concentrate and multi-task.

Martial Arts for Kids

On behalf of the staff and students of DPS Greater Noida, I would like to express my deep appreciation to Arun Sharma for conducting an intensive 10 day workshop. Covering the disciplines of Meditation and self defense, in the due course of the program, students were acquainted with the importance of self control, tact and agility. The uniqueness of the programme, which specifically targeted the mental faculties of the participants, making it a stand out addition for any educational institution wishing to impart holistic learning in their environment.
