Street Survival & Situational Awareness – Corporate Self Defense Workshop
Most of the traditional Self Defense tactics are difficult to learn and are not effective on streets. We have developed a easy to learn & highly effective self defense system which is based on the Navy SEAL system of Rapid Assault Tactics, Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Kali.
Our workshops are specially structured to empower you with the physical skills to protect yourself as well as empower you mentally and spiritually to face your fears and overcome them. You will learn,

Action Strength Workshop for Functional Fitness & Joint Mobility.
Action Strength is the system of fitness which is developed by Sifu Singh over last 15 years. Its based on functional movements which helps the practitioner to develop fitness & flexibility attributes required in day to day life.
This workshop teaches you a set of simple exercises which can be done without any equipments just in 25 minutes a day. These exercises develop power and mobility. Combining Kettlebells, body weight and martial arts movements to increase strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and balance. Learn to align the mind-body-spirit connection through proper focus of breath, posture and intent.
